Researchers viewed diet quality in line with the Dutch diet guidelines by analyzing intake of foods in the next groupings: vegetables, fruits, whole grain items, legumes, nuts, dairy products, fish, tea, unsaturated natural oils and excess fat of total extra fat, processed and red meat, sugary drinks, salt and alcohol. Researchers ranked the grade of diet for every person using a rating of zero to 14. The very best diet contains vegetables, fruit, nut products, whole grains, fish and dairy, but a restricted intake of sweet drinks.
